Stripping paint

What’s a good method/chemical that can take off paint and spray primer from a plastic model without damaging said model

I'd be curious as well. I

I'd be curious as well. I haven't found a good solution for plastic.

The trick is a 40/40/20 mix

The trick is a 40/40/20 mix of pinesol, 90% isopropyl alcohol, and some water. Learned it from Rob G and I can attest to it working very well. The alcohol does the work and the pinesol acts as a sticking agent for the stripped paint to adhere to. End up with almost perfectly grey models again with little to no detail erosion and very minimal scrubbing. Try it out guys, works great!

Oh yeah, should add to that

Oh yeah, should add to that by mentioning to soak your models in the solution for at least an hour if not a couple/few. Careful not to soak too long as the details can noticeably fade if you leave in in for too long.
