So I ran into a bit of an issue with these guys. Something that's never happened before. After applying Nuln Oil over the initial base coat of Dark Angel Green (I still have a pot! Go fig) it dried really really shiny. Evidently I got a wonky pot of Nuln Oil that requires a whack of shaking before application.
Don't let this happen to you! Shake your shades.
FWI, I was able to fix it by applying one or two more coats of shaken Nuln Oil over the shiny bits. It's not great but it'll do. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to sort it when I put the next layers of green over the models. The Leadbelcher actually benefits from a couple of coats. Noticible? Yeah. Dealable? For sure.
