Firstly, it is a wise choice to swap skarbrand with a knight. I totally approve. Secondly, i like your idea with the paint scheme. I wonder if it may be better with the bone as your primary and black secondary with fairly heavy brass triming. Not sure if ypu were going to do that or black as the armor's primary color but my vote goes with bone as primary, if you are indeed contemplating it. Lastly, i look forward to seeing this thing. It will inspire me to do my night lord one once my GSC is done.

Yeah, I'm thinking that the bone will be the primary color. Now with that said I'm a bit worried about it looking a bit too much like the Renegade Knight in the Traitors Hate book - they used a light grey.

I've been cribbing some inspiration from the web. Gonna add some spikes and chains from the Chaos vehicle sprue and the Forge Fiend bits to try and make it more chaosy.

What's killing me right now is what weapon load out to use. Clearly two close combat weapons is very World Eater but I could probably use some ranged fire power. The extra attack for using a gauntlet and a reaper would be nice but I was thinking of putting one of the guns on it. I'm definitely going to be putting the Icarus cannon on there 'cause I have a shocking lack of anti-air weapons.

If it were me, I would slap the avenger Gatling Cannon on it and the heavy3 S8 missile on the carapace. It would also be likely very beneficial to have double avenger cannon on it since only renegade knights can do it and let's face it, 24 S6 AP3 rending shots is nothing to sniff at. It acts as your anti air and the 3 S8 shots are more versatile than a single S9 shot will be. Of course, having cc weapon and a single avenger is a little more thematic for your World Eaters. Consider the double Gat though since nothing says you can't do cc with a double Gat knight anyways, especially since the stomps are what can really ruin one's day. It also helps fill a shooting gap in your list that will certainly prove effective. This is my opinion but as always, the choice is ultimately yours, my friend.

I think I'm going to go with the Reaper Chainsword (should be an axe but...), the Avenger "Fuck Space Marines Gun" and the Icarus Anti-air gun.

That ends up giving me a heavy flamer, a stubber, the Avenger, and the Icarus for shooty goodness. I only have the one Avenger bit so... Although... Looking at the bits and the Forgefiend kit I may be able to create a second. Still... CCW is required for the Blood God.
